super friendly service people. Only complaints are that when I picked my car up it was set to sport mode, which means the tech had a joy ride for the test drive as I keep it in comfort mode, as well as my instrument cluster was changed as well. If they would like to help me make car payments I will gladly let them change my settings, however until they do, I would like to the techs to respect MY car and leave it as I have it. Also, immediately leaving the dealership my tire pressure light came on. This should've been caught with the multipoint inspection and tire rotation. This was my first 10k service at this dealership, and I'm not too pleased. I will bring this up on my second service.

I was very thoughtful and took my time looking for my next vehicle. Matt and Ray were no pressure as I looked at other brands. When I made my decision they went above and beyond to get the exact interior and trim I wanted. The paperwork process was very simple and quick. Ryan explained it all as we signed everything. Great experience. Comparing the experience of shopping around with other dealerships Valley VW was top notch and they showed me they cared and I would be taken care of with their service department later on.
