The dealership as a whole has been good and are trying to be very helpful. I only wish I could say the same about my Volkswagon experience.

We had an excellent experience with our sales person. Price negations were straightforward and we were pleased with the final price of our new Tiguan and the offer for our 2021 Cross Track trade in. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and professional. We are delighted with our new car and would heartily recommend the dealership to others seeking a new car.

GREAT experience overall. However, it would have been even better, if all of the "optional"/"hidden" costs had been identified initially. We were not "informed" of the Extended Warranty" option, ZurichShield Treatment, Pre-paid Maintenance plan, et al, until after we'd been provided what we thought was the Final Sales Price (for financing). When it came time to make the purchase, these additional items were presented by the finance rep. Since we'd already made financial arrangements (not VW financing), this resulted in our need to put over $3500 on our personal credit card - to complete the sale. Definitely unexpected, and not preferred. If we'd known, we could have added this cost into our financing. Otherwise, the salesman, the manager, and the whole dealership team went above and beyond to make us happy.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly but not pushy like other dealerships. They made sure I understood every detail of how the car works and the contracts. I never felt like I should have brought a man with me like when visiting other vehicle and maintenance establishments which made me feel empowered in my purchase.

Every time I need an oil change, or something done to my car they always get me in on the day I need and are kind and always talks to me before they fix anything! They are kind and understanding
