Mike and the rest of the Service staff were pleasant and helpful. Mike provided solutions to our concerns. The work is done well and you don’t get the feeling they are trying to sell you unnecessary services or repairs. We drive all the way from Charlottesville in order to be treated like a customer and not a wallet.

The appointment time took longer than expected even though I arrived early. My appointment date was Friday, June 6th and I had recently been to the dealership to replace my windshield wipers on May 5th. The windshield wipers squeaked and did not wipe the entire winshield. I was told by the service person that the rubber on the wipers was worn/dry rotted. I received credit and did not have to pay for the replacement, but it concerns me that I was given the defective wipers in the first place.
