there was ZERO communication in regards to the service on my BRAND NEW 2024 vw Taos, all the sudden EVERYTHING need to be fixed and unfortunately the communication was awful not only once but twice. the service dept was full of nice individuals who just couldn't communicate and that led to alot of frustration on our end as first time vw owners.
